New Jersey DCPP Corruption!!!
New Jersey DCPP believes they are above the law. They come to your house and child's school's based on hearsay evidence and convince children to lie. They interrogate children till they child says what the investigator want's them to say. When you have a verdictive person calling the putting in false claims they say they investigate. They don't investigate cause even when you go to court they never mention facts or evidence. All they do is torture children and adults alike. They keep everything a deep secret and tell you your not allowed to know why. Your constitutional rights and your amendments are stripped from you when the get involved. There is so much evidence and proof as to how the Division and there employees act. Nobody does anything to try and stop them. Now Is the time they need to be stopped. This is not supposed to be a multi billion dollar a year business. The Division is supposed to be here to help people in need not torture and control families. There was a statement I read and I quote "Federal payments- our tax dollars- go to states to support the entire foster care system. payments begin the moment a child is taken with bonuses for termination of parental rights and adoption even if the parents are still fighting in family court. The most recent estimates for foster care in America is a &1,000+ billion per year industry". It is also concerning that a criminal can stand trial for a crime and face there accuser's but not in family court. Family court and DCPP force's parent's and children into mental evaluations and force you to seek help and possible medications. This is not how it's supposed to work. The Division claims to want to help but yet thousands of children that are in there supposed supervision die every year. How is that helping? Please support the fight to overhaul and redo the Division of child protective service.
