Justice for men
As a wife of a father who has never got to meet his son because the mom has not let him see him or let him know where she lives it's a sad situation to see on my side. Every mom gets to get everything she wants from a man and it destroys the guy, my husband is struggling so bad because of the child support system that he has wanted to KILL himself because he feels like he can never win. In the year my husbands mom was very Ill and in her last 3 months she needed help and he and I chose being with her everyday before she passed away and so Bill's had to be put on hold because of an ill family member, even though he was looking for jobs no one would call him back or give him hope and then nothing, and I had a job for 2 weeks but wanted to spend Time with my mother in law before I had no time. The child support system didn't care about his loved one dying they wanted money and suspended his license a month before them telling him. I sold my vehicle for the mother to get the money that we dont know if it went to the child. After his mom passed away he got a job but had to file for bankruptcy and we just got that figured out. He told the child support people in November about his new job with being a truck driver and they said ok, and we thought everything was fine. We struggled with money because truck driving companies pay by the miles and if you dont get a load and you sit or are in a shop you dont get paid and well child support gets behind but he was paying it on time once he got the job, but the day we went home for Christmas the child support people called my husband and said you have to come up with $480 something dollars because you missed part of November, even though he started his job at the beginning of November but jobs do weird things with your checks when you first start, but they said he had till January 22nd to pay it. He paid actually $500 something before the end of December to get that fixed and we thought it was done with, we have struggled all of January because freight being slow and for us to be home for court, but the child support was being paid because its automatically taken out of his check every week, which we barely survive each week with food so expensive and other Bill's and child support taken alot of the money being made. We thought everything was finally gonna pick back up with money because he was getting loads left and right but then he gets a call from his job saying his license was suspended. He called the child support and they told him he paid over $800 for the month of January which is way more then what he has to pay and they said they still suspended his license and they dont have to tell him after the 3rd time which doesn't make sense because they have to warn you and give you an amount to pay at a certain time before suspending it, which now we are stuck in Tennessee because he cant drive the truck for his JOB because they wanted to suspend it and not tell him and even when he paid what they wanted him to!! Its not fair that they can do that to him when hes trying and struggling to take care of himself and his wife for a child hes never got to meet, things need to change with the system and I need your support to help make a difference for every man out their because it's not just my husband its affecting, men are killing themselves because they cant afford life because the child support system is set up to fail them, when the mom is getting everything. Federal workers still have to pay for child support and struggle more because they cant afford their families and themeselves, suicide is on the rise for men because they are not heard and I dont want to lose my husband because this system failed to work with him, hes so tired of fighting the battle that he cant win because he cant make money that he works hard for, 70 hours and every day being in a truck with no guarantee pay and he has to worry about his license being suspended and not be able to work to make money, hes not a dad who doesn't want to pay, he just cant afford it and he shouldn't have to change his life around for a child that the mother wont let him see all she wants is the money and she has proved it by just asking for money from him and saying she will let him see his son and doesn't and wont tell him where she lives. Please support me make a difference cause it will save my husband's life as well as other men.
