Change Child Support Laws

Being on the side of paying child support, a form 14 for Mo, does NOT work. It needs to be changed to benefit the children and the PARENT paying the child support. Mo is one of the few states behind in the times on changing child support laws. The parent receiving child support, should NOT be able to receive support anymore when the child turns 18. According to the state Mo, when a child turns 18, they are eligible to get married, vote, join the military and have a bank account, therefore, they are an adult. They should no longer be receiving support.
