Demand Congress To Restric Rule on Veolia Transportation Company in NICE Bus
This is about Veolia Transportation, Nassau County's Nassau Inter County Express Buses Do Not Have Restrict Rules and asking USDOT, NYSDOT, NY DOT, Nassau Planning to Restrict NICE Bus Policy
We're calling on Congress to ask United States Department of Transportation, New York State Department, Veolia Transdev to enforce restrict rules for Nassau Inter County Express Buses for new drivers in Nassau County.
New Veolia Transportation drivers on NICE Bus has no respect for their passengers like refusing to pick up passengers, ignoring passengers at bus stop, and not caring to follow their set of bus schedules because NICE Bus is not very restrict.
I also learned that Veolia Transportation are training new NICE Bus drivers in illegal parking lot and they do not require drug test.
New drivers are very worst, rude behavior.
It's am IMPORTANT ALL NEW AND OLD DRIVERS NEED TO REQUIRED TO TAKE DRUG TEST for safety of passengers.
Some new drivers are unfamilar with streets and neighborhoods, which are greatly concerned to visitors, tourists or people who never rode NICE Bus.
NICE Bus has announcement indicator, but it's not always helpful because sometimes it's turn off or bus drivers are too lazy to turn it on.
Also, NICE Bus has lots of violation due to breakdown wheelchair lift/ramps, disabled getting stuck on Able-Ride Paratransit which is violation of American Disability with Act.
This is problem since January 1st, 2012, after Metropolitan Transportation Authority, state agency which has be operating Nassau County Bus under Long Island Bus.
Veolia Transportation need to enforce NICE Bus Drivers to STOP FOR PASSENGER WAITING FOR BUS, DRUG TEST AND PROPER TRAINING.
I'm also asking USDOT, NYSDOT and Nassau Transportation Planning to train Veolia Transportation Drivers of NICE Bus.
