DELAY SHOULD NOT BE!
Wouldn't it be wise to help when the need is? Because this has been a time of crisis and great loss to many, is delay necessary? Why isn't there HELP financially, not to some, but to all in NEED, until year's end, so people can recover and get on their feet. Jobs, residences, people, steady incomes all gone, for far too many. No one snaps their fingers and gets right up when loved ones are so out of the blue taken from them, do they? One less worry always helps. Thank you
