Declare War on Russia!
The USA must defend Ukraine!
Russia has started a war against Ukraine, an independent Nation whose sovereignty it had guaranteed, alone with the Unites States of America and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland:

On August 3,1914, Germany invaded Belgium whose neutrality had been guaranteed by Great Britain, France, Russia, and Germany. The Treaty of Neutrality of Belgium that had been signed by the leading European countries, including Prussia, Kaiser called "a scrap of paper", much like Dictator Putin, who calls himself "the President of Russia", has referred to the Treaty of Russo-Ukrainian Friendship and Collaboration.
The Belgian Government had appealed to other three signatories of the Treaty to defend her territory, which forced the British Government, initially planning to abstain from being involved in the continental European conflict, to declare war on Germany on August 4, 1914.
Today, Russia has invaded Ukraine whose sovereignty is guaranteed by the USA. I do believe the USA must act in the same honorable and courageous way the British Government did 100 years ago!
As the US Congress is the only institution that has the power to declare war, I hereby petition the US Senators and the US Members of the House of Representatives to take the decisive and appropriate action - declare a state of war between the Republic of the United States of America and the Russian Federation!
