Declaration of sovereign state individual
I, CHESTER LEROY THOMAS JR. Declare myself as a Sovereign Free Human Man of the State and free from United States Government laws, regulations, statutes, penalties, debts, debtors, and the illegal contract to the government of the United States of America and any other entity bound by a birth certificate issued and signed by my parents at birth.
I was not given fair and minded opportunity of legal counsel, nor agreed to any terms binding me to any government or body there of. Any currency or mineral ever put in my legal name without my knowledge, from the corporation of the United States Government are now to be given to me as restitution for said illegal acts against me at birth. This is to inform you that I am not bound by government laws and or regulations of any sort from this day, May 10, 2022 @ 8:51 am. I am a free human man and the only laws that I am bound to are the laws of the creator, GOD himself and none other.

Within 90 days the United States Government must issue documents to me as an acknowledgment of this decree signed by the United States Government any seat held that receives this decree. After 90 days from this date, These statements and decrees are bonded in free will and testimony from that moment forward.
