Dcyfs cps had taken my kids and violated and taken any chance of getting them home
Thurston county dropped my charge witch was a misunderstanding not anything drug related. Over a year ago and still no kids. I have had to retake so many drug assessments I have to pay out of pocket now because they supposedly never show up to my worker. I was approved for the letty owens program but the judge and cps said kids weren't ready and shut it down without a second thought . I have never had a dirty ua yet the only focus is drugs assessments and uas. I have done most everything and yet I just can't do enough or get credit my 3 allotted visits are not being givin . I just finishished vet asst school that I paid for myself with honors being a single mom and no family to help me and my babysitter and a lady with pending prostitution charges walks into Tumwater pd with lies and file a cps case witch was being closed unfounded the day I went to jail the officer told me my ex husband picked them up and they weren't taking me in till he did so well I was booked in by 10 am as far as I knew they were with dad until cps showed next day. Even after they dropped the felony cps says there holding my kids due to my recent cps case makes no sense. I feel I have been treated unfairly and like they were never intending to let me have my girls back. They gave me a neglect charge because of the 7 hr wait with the police waiting on my ex-husband even though I was wrongly informed they gave him 2 to make it better um it didn't all that schooling down the topic cause of this and more
