The law needs to be examined the courts side with dcfs in every case even the courts don't follow through with our constitutional rights. There needs to be a law that if dcfs breaks the law, the case should be dismissed. Period. Children's voices need to be heard, instead of hushed, parents should have more rights when reunification is possible. Also caseworkers should be more educated.
