Daycare and Preschool Assistance Expansion
Child care today is very expensive. In many states, it can cost more than tuition at a public university and more than a mortgage. American citizens work hard and pay taxes on their income. If we cannot find daycare to be able to work, then we will not have an income for the government to tax. America should provide all working Americans with affordable daycare. Families would pay a small portion ranging from 0% to 10% of their net pay depending on their income. The government will fund this by increasing the luxury tax on items and by reallocating funds from other programs.
