Custodial & Non-Custodial Equality

On behalf of every hard working father,

I would like to say firstly that the child support system is flawed and outdated, what once was a system to receive support for children from dead beat fathers or mothers is now a system of manipulation and a tool to create a void between non-custodial parent and the child by the custodial parent in most cases a PAYCHECK. Please let me simplify what I would like to see accomplished here, both parties involved need to hold fulltime jobs in an effort to adequately support the child in question. The whole burden should not fall solely on the non-custodial parent. Child support & visitation rights should go hand in hand, it is to easy for a non-custodial parent to never miss a payment of child support and be denied visitation because the custodial parent is bitter for one reason or another and knows they can use the child as a tool to hurt the non-custodial parent. Simply put, if your all paid up.... you get visitation rights no questions asked, So please consider the requests below.
Thank You for your time.

1.) Non-custodial parent and custodial parent must have fulltime jobs in order to collect child support. If the custodial parent can not work for reasons due to illness or disability, then this will be considered by the courts.

2.) Child support is calculated based on both incomes.... not just one.

3.) Child support and visitation are to be linked, if your paying child support and are current..... you get visitation rights, plain and simple.

4.) If the custodial parent does not want to work, then the child is removed and placed with the non-custodial parent who is working fulltime. The child support will be reversed and the parent who is not working will have to pay child support to the new custodial parent. In special cases where the custodial parent does not want to work, they may be excused if....... they have income coming in, such as retirement or if they are stay at home mothers who are married and can provide proof of their spouse's income.
