Gun control: Create a Gun Federal Registry
Petition for the creation of a Federal Registry for gun control
We, the undersigned, request the adoption of legislation from our duly elected representatives at every level of government in the United States of America that would accomplish the following:
1) The creation of a Federal Registry to record all gun sales and purchases, whether private or public.
2) That all gun owners should be Federally licensed and registered.
3) Full and complete background check and clearance prior to purchase of a gun.
4) Total and complete ban on any firearm defined as an assault weapon.
5) Total and complete ban on high capacity magazines.
