Create A Better Situation for Immigrants and Refugees in Detention

The detention practices of refugees, asylum seekers, and immigrants do not represent the values of our nation. H.R.933 The Immigrant Oversight and Fairness Act was introduced to provide necessary services to people waiting to hear the results of their immigration/asylum status. Many of these individuals suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and their current living conditions in detention centers further their trauma. This is an opportunity to fix a broken system.
