Cps /Thieves/ kidnappers
The laws surrounding cps removal of children and the laws on returning children in Fresno Ca. Has to be changed. This department has gotten away with unfair ,unsafe and extremely harmful after effects for way to long. They steal people's kids and the are getting away with it. Lives are and continue to be destroyed as a result of this department.
