Cps is corrupt...

I'm Otis hill and I live in Fresno ca ..my children Annabelle meas and chanlina meas has been in cps custody for 18 months...me and my wife completed all services and yet they still find us unfit parents..I work 6 days a week to provide a home for my children to come back to...and now I can't see my children ever again because of false aligations..
