Cps in Washington state is violating Washington law, and our constitutional rights.

We have the technology to save Washington families from CPS, make them use it!

This is the age of technology. Why is the department of social services not upgrading like the rest of our government?

The parents of this state demand accountability. now.

We want every thing recorded. If a worker interacts with a child , No longer does the worker get to say" the child said" .(as this is hearsay, if any sibling or parent says "the child said".)

1. All Social worker interaction ,provider interaction, GAL interaction, and parent interaction, should be on Video.

2. These are our children whom are taken god knows where and subjected to god knows what.

By law we have the right to the care and management of our families, this does not end because of placement.

A. All licenced foster homes must be required to install webcams in all areas our children are allowed except restrooms, restrooms may be monitored by audio.

B. In all instances except those of a sexual nature, the web feed address may be monitored, by the parent, judge, atturneys, dshs, the ombudsman, GAL, and any licenced providers involved or testifying about the case.

3. All visits supervised or unsupervised, at all times should be recorded, including councilling sessions.

4. All doctor visits should be recorded.

5.An option should be given to parents, to allow the children to remain in their home, to set up cameras(as with the foster placement) to be monitored by the court, providers , and CPS worker.

In this way there will be no more children taken without merit, no more foster placement nightmares for children to live through, parenting skills can be truely observed and deficiency rectified quickly. If the problem is one parent in a two parent house hold , the offending parent can be identified and custody given to the other. Domestic violence victems will no longer loose their children to the abuser because of the witnessing children's contrary reactions in parenting evaluations.

6. All cases in the state , where children are under 18, including those who have been adopted, at the asking of any involved party(including siblings) May be reopened and subjected to video case screening, for a 1 month cycle of at home case management., to assess parental skill sets. For those who have been adopted it would be an assessment as to parental fitness. One strike your out. Any drug use or illegal, abusive or detrimental behavior of any kind would remove the child back to the adoptive parent.

Compared to the man hours of the courts, providers, foster placements, and social workers, the cameras and online storage would be a drop in the bucket.

And no more innocent families would need to be dismantled.

Problems would be assessed and dealt with quickly and efficiently,

And we the people of Washington state are insisting.

Not asking.

We expect the changes to be made by January 4, 2017 .As this program should have been implemented with the first wide spread web feed.

And at the latest the law suits of the foster children.

The time has come, to do the right
