CPS Court Corruption
The Department of Child Care services and court system in Price Utah have illegally torn families apart for years. They are kidnapping our children and terminating parents rights without legal reasoning. This court system is corrupt and must be stopp
Dear Congress,
In Price Utah in particular, but these issues have been rising all over the united states, CPS comes into our homes and kidnaps our children and then are adopting them out illegally! Please investigate Carbon County and get our children back. People are fighting for their rights to get their children back. Carbon County makes it impossible. Forcing parents to get divorced or they threaten to terminate the parents rights instead of suggesting parent or family counseling. Parents who have been clean and followed all the requirements make one mistake and they are adopting their children out right away!!! They are terminating drug court for parents and telling parents that their rights have been terminated to their children because they terminated their rights to go to drug court?? That doesn't make sense. Please, investigate for the sake of these families and most importantly these children that are being ripped from their homes! It's unlawful, and the court system is corrupt. The've hidden their court abuse for too long and something needs to be done! CPS is supposed to help families come together in a healthy way! Not rip them apart.
