CPS / corrution / stealing our kids
I am writing to bring awareness to the corrupt way that CPS caseworkers steal kids from families. Caseworkers and supervisors are breaking laws, violating constitutional and civil rights of parents and grandparents, falsifying records and documents. The cabinet for family and children, is no longer the way it works. The caseworkers are not helping children or families, they often remove kids from homes but not complying with "warent clause" as required by the constitution. There are no exceptions to violation of constitution and civil rights from DCF/ CPS. Most families don't know that their fundamental constitutional rights to due process,which is everyones 14th amendment right. They do not follow protocols put in place to notify parents and relatives when children are removed from one parent. They by law
need to make diligent efforts to notify other parent and relatives by written notice from IMPACT and form 2624 notification. The Fostering Connection Act seeks to involve relatives early in the process and try to keep families together. By asking for identification and notification to contact family, and if whereabouts are unknown, there should be a referrals to Federal Parent Locator Services. Efforts made to locate and results of these efforts must be documented. This corrupt organization denies families their 1st,4th,5th,6th,9th, and 14th amendment rights. We must make county government, state legislators and Congress aware of CPS corruption and stop them from stealing our children.
