Cps corruption in Mason county
Hello my name is Haley I’m the mother of 4 Beautiful kids. back in January.I got a call from a cps worker named Greg .He came out told me the allegations that was made against me. With her bf and get her own place .I said you can’t do that and she started calling me names so I took her cellphone away . Well she began to start hitting me and I pushed her back off me as I turned my back to go out of the room .she began to throw things at me and I had 3 small children in my home and I called the cops for help well they insisted she needed to stay the night with my mother . I called the next morning told her it was time to come home and my mother got on the phone and said she dnt have to so I called the cops again they said they weren’t baby setting her and coming out there every time she takes off back out the door . Well the next day I have 3 workers come to my place .They started working with us in the home and I worked with them for about 3 months those workers never seen a problem with me or my boyfriend in those 3 months . Well as time went on . I was on my way home and I got a call from another cps worker saying she needed to see the kids and talk to me . My Daughter then made allegations against my boyfriend after 3 months of having workers already in the home keep in mind one of the workers had me sign a paper to where I would agree to let my daughter stay with her paternal grandmother for a few weeks . Then a worker named Angela called me and asked to come see the kods and talk with me I said yes sure . Keep in mind my 15 year old Wasnt in my home during the time she was called .My daughter went on to say my boyfriend touched her .I said how is that possible when the other workers I’m working with already made me sign a paper for her to go to her paternal grandmothers to stay .she’s not been around all of us . well anyways the lady begin to question my 12 year old daughter and ask her questions and she started asking my 5 year old daughter questions and my 7 year old sin questions . Then she said well thank you for your time and she lefted well on April 6 th she came back with cps worker Greg haddox and 2 officers with a warrant to remove my 3 kids . I said what do I do I been working with these other 3 workers for like 3 months and they come out here a couple times a week and they said I’m

Well she said I failed to protect my 15 year old daughter and I didn’t believe my boyfriend touched her leg .I said no how is that even possible she’s not been here in months my worker made my sign a paper to let her stay with her paternal grandmother . They removed my kids . For 6 weeks . We were of accused of doing drugs which I have never did in my life .The worker said in the court room my kids were healthy my house was nice and she had nothing but good reports from the other cps workers that was coming to my house .but my mother and sister and her over half and my daughters paternal grandmother was all bad they accused us of doing Drugs, stealing , I have been going to do a urine screen me and my boyfriend volunteered to go for the state to show them we are innocent so they set us up and we go once a week . Have been for the last 4 months and have never failed a urine screen once . Cps took my 15 year old daughter to cac in Charleston wv to have her tell all abt my boyfriend. Supposed to have touched her leg I said how is this possible she’s not lived here in months well my daughter end up being sent away to a faculty for a weeks court came and they placed her in a different place she went and recanted her story and said she lied about it all .because my family told her to so they could get us out of the mobile home park and she would be able to live with them .I have recordings and I have videos . Also during all this my mother Diane came down to my place and was screaming and cussing and I told her to leave nicely that didn’t work out so I called the cops for help which I won’t ever do again . They came out there my mom told them I shoved her down In The road and beat her up . I never once walked outside .I stood in the door way well they took me to jail .I got out next day and the officer came back and reviewed my neighbors security cameras and never seen me out there and where my sister said she seen what she couldn’t have the cop issued her a ticket . And he came back and apologized to me . I have lots of statements I also had my tires sliced on my car and I have videos of them in the road telling for me to come out side which I was scared to do so I didn’t they had baseball bats which I have videos of that and also now that my daughter told the truth .They made me my boyfriend and my other daughters father a nominal party to the case admitt to failure to protect in order to get our kids back sooner . One of the cps workers actually testified on my behalf that was coming to my home and working with me on this . I’m asking for someone to really look into this cause I have a lot of problems now because of this
