CPS CORRUPTION IN CALIFORNIA
Cps was started to protect children from different kinds of abuse suffered by the hands of their family or caretakers. It started out with care, consern, love and with the best intentions, but now, cps has gone way too far with their power. They lie in their reports and in their recommendations to the court. If they don't like you for any reason they forget about family reunification and do not work with you at all. The attorney's, cps workers and judge's all work together but against the biological parents. Parents and children suffer so much when CPS works against you. I did their programs, therapy, parenting classes and no positive drug tests, I was being tested by a facility hand picked by CPS and was accused if manipulating my drug tests. I was found guilty of being an addict anyways. CPS workers tried to get me to give my kids away cause I didn't have a lot of money, she tried for hours to convince me to give them away and make life easier for myself, my kids but most importantly for them. Even parents that go to prison get to see their children. Losing your kids is a life sentence. What agency has the right to take my god given right to be a mother? CPS. This is ridiculous. They have too much rights to work against you, however they see fit. CPS in Fresno CA stalked me for almost 2 months before they kidnapped my baby from me. Had I been doing something wrong then they should have removed my daughter a lot sooner. CPS could not remove my daughter any sooner because there was no substantiated claims of abuse or neglect. CPS should have never removed my daughter because a family member touched her, I walked in on it, I called the police, I pressed charges and did everything a good responsible mother was supposed to do when faced in that kind of horrific situation. CPS accused me allowing my daughter to be abused and that is simply untrue. My daughter and I are still trying 2 put our lives back together, but for an agency that is supposed to be all about family reunification does that sound like family reunification to you? it is appalling and disgusting that CPS said such ugly and untruthful things about me, her mother. the truth is always ugly but when you throw lies like that on top of the Ugly Truth there's just no words to describe how a person feels when they know the truth and so does CPS. I said to myself a million times that CPS probably sees tons of cases where parents sell their kids and their job not pretty but they are supposed to be experts CPS is trained to be able to spot out people who are trying to hide abuse that is what makes those accusations so much more ugly that man did not just molest my daughter that day he hurt her and he hurt me too because she's my baby and I would have done anything and I did do anything and everything to make sure that he was punished and to try to put our lives back together after such a horrific ordeal, well back to normal as close to normal as I can get cuz things will never be like they were before and having to explain to a four-year-old how ugly the world is when she she always thought it was so beautiful and everybody just wanted to be her friend and she wanted to be everyone's friend also. The world was harmless and beautiful before that day for her. What what happened to protecting the children and reuniting families. CPS started out doing something very good the hiring of corrupt people has turned CPS into something horrible a nightmare for families that love their children and want to protect their children but get their rights taken away because CPS is a walking contradiction andand CPS has their nose so far up in the air they're getting blood all over us down here. it must be nice being the only perfect people in this imperfect world dealing with all us sinners. doing stuff like this was this ever supposed to bepart of the reunification process? taking away someone's right to parents their child that is a heavy price to pay especially in a court system that does not charge parents or caretakers in criminal proceedings for child neglect or child abuse most of the time and yet in the Civil proceedings the parents and the children pay the most God awful price being separated from one another having to call someone else mom and dad, and the parents they want to die cuz they no longer have their children with them. All because if they don't like you or they don't agree with someone in your family they have the authority to make you or break you. To hit you where it really hurts. not to mention they come into your life take away your children against your will make you go through all kinds of services to get them back and in the meantime charge you for child support which is extortion as far as I'm concerned illegally unlawfully kidnap somebody's kids and then make them pay child support to the state and you have to repay the state for foster care and if the state is going to take away your children they should have a way to support theminstead of single kids in front of your face and telling you you better do what we say or you're never going to see your children again, you're going to pay child support and you're going to do all this stuff otherwise we have the power to not give you back your kids. I haven't one CPS worker here in Fresno tell me that all you had to do was pick up the phone and call Fresno PD if she wanted to take my daughter away in a snap of a finger so I better talk to her, even though I had not refuse to talk to her at that point she started out that first meeting with a threat. Needless to say I did not feel comfortable working with someone who felt that way about me from the very beginning. But I don't get a choice because I'm poor and a minority. this is our government there to serve and protect us and this is not what is going on in our country in our state in hours cities in our neighborhood these people who wears to serve and protect and to help and 2 keep together families and to teach people a better way of parenting and living but if they are not treating people right how can they be granted with the authority to teach people right if they clearly don't even know right from wrong Unfortunately they do they just don't care. They are drink on the power they were given. mister and madams government fees are your monsters you guys made them fed them and have been keeping them going from the very beginning don't you think it's time they suffer consequence for there interpersonal communication skills not wanting to do their job correctly and by the letter of the law suffer consequence for lying if I lie under oath I get slapped with a fine and jail time CPS lies and there's trying to protect childrenand they get told how much everybody understands their reasoning behind their lives the truth of the matter is allies allies Ally no matter who tells it and especially if you're lying about people who are down deep inside good people who love their children who happen to have just made a mistake you're ruining their life the rest of their life and something has to be done about that. the bottom line is that it's no points it in that the court appointed attorney is all works for the same people c_p_s c_p_s attorney the kids attorney the parents attorneys all get paid by the same person you can never get a fair hearing or have fair legal representation. Because the same people sign all their checks. and we are losing our children Our Lives our sense of security and this isn't right. I'm begging pleading screaming out for someone to hear me. I'm screaming and begging for help help us reunified with our children stop letting parents and children pay the ultimate price for being human and making mistakes. I'm not saying that there are no people out there that deserve their children to be taken away and it is for the children's best interest not to return home and in cases like that I applaud the government for stepping in but there is an abuse of power in my home state of California and something needs to be done about it. How much longer do our children have to wait for Justice? How many more times is it going to go unnoticed by the court system that CPS is not doing things the right way. citizens cannot take part in vigilante justice and neither can CPS for any reason. thank you
