CPS/CFS Corruption is at an all time high
While reading this, please imagine yourself in the same position I describe here.
The purpose of this petition is to put a stop to the corruption of Child Protective Services (CPS) and/or Children and Family Services (CFS). I, and many others, have been subjected to false testimony, fabricated evidence, and having our children removed from our care with extreme prejudice. Every affront spits in the face of the Constitution of The United States of America, and the citizens of this great country have had enough! These so-called "impartial" judges only hear the words of CPS/CFS, never the parents. I have personally been told by the social worker that was on my son's case, "If one parent is guilty, then both (parents) are guilty." This was done in front of an eyewitness, Donna Coker. I have been demonized, demoralized, satirized, and accused of death threats to my son's mother, social workers, and judges. Many others have also been affected in these situations, not just myself. To top it off, due to not having sufficient funds to hire even a mediocre lawyer, I was supplied with an attorney that repeatedly lied to me and refused to stand up for my rights.
