CPS caseworker lion and falsifying documents in court
I've been going through my CPS case worker lion and falsifying documents on me in court just to keep my kids away from me. I've changed my life I've been clean over 12 years they keep putting the same case on me that is a repeater case which is medical neglect I have proof from the doctor stating that it was not MediCal neglect nothing was wrong with none of my children CPS has been harassing me since 2016 and now it's 2019 the judges have told them over four times to return the kids to Mom and monitor they have not followed not one court order and I've been compliant since it started in 2016. I'm just asking somebody if they could please look into it and help me get my children home I have all the paperwork to prove what I'm saying but because I'm low income I have no help and I have no attorney because the judge ordered gave me an attorney and he got off my case he told me he could not help me anymore because my CPS case worker has a personal vendetta against me and don't want to give my kids back to me but they're giving them to my baby's dad s who has been coming up dirty for 4 different drugs.
