courts should not have the ability to impede prisoners prisoner's right to appeal

Antiterrorism death penalty act limits criminal right to file federal writ of habeas corpus to a one year deadline from the finality of direct criminal appeal of a criminal conviction. Prisoners should not be limited to a one year deadline, where a person is seeking justice when heir constitutional rights were violated. Prisoners waiting for State Supreme court decision to start the deadline, have been disrupted by the court not sensible the decision to prisoners. State Supreme courts need Congressional Oversight to acts of malfeasance. Federal courts need to hear prisoners petitions. Changes need to be made to the AEDPA. Justice should not be held to deadlines.
