Petition to Make Public- House/Senate et al Members Use of Funds for Payment of Sexual Harrassment Claims Against Them

Sexual Harrassmen claims from a victim must 'Always be believed' as evident of 'hush money' having been paid to accusers by Senate/Congress et al members through an account funded by the taxpayers of the United States of America. These citizens of this nation are entitled to know where, to whom and why taxpayer money is spent.
