Mass Shooting Action!
Dear Congress Members,
Since 2000 when Mental Health Facilities were closed and people were allowed to be home and monitor themselves, there have been too many mass shootings.
There Needs to Be a Way to Notify, Some Authority (TBD) that can be contacted when a Person Appears to Be at Risk of Hurting Himself or Others So That It Gets Checked for Credibility and Potential Damage(s).
This could be a 912 number which could maintain a Database of Low/Med/Hi Risk(s) such as 1) Reported 2) Incubating 3) Actionable, etc.
This would create a Watch List similar to Sex offenders and Crime offenders Watch lists for "Potential Mental Offenders" to be observed.
This may be a way to prevent these mass killings and hienous acts arising throughout, which clearly point to mental health issues.
Your consideration and action on this matter is critical. This can not be put off any longer!
