Repeal the 17th amendment which established that a state senator be elected at large rather than, as the Constitution of the U.S. set forth, that the state legislatures should elect their Senators. This amendment came about the same time Congress shirked their monetary responsibility to the people and allowed the Federal Reserve Act to come into being.
