Enforce and Furthermore Promote the Intent and Force of Public Law 109-456
We the undersigned, repectfully demand that Public Law 109-456 be enforced and incorporated into all foreign policy and foreign aid initiatives emanating from the White House, the State Dept, the UN Ambassador, the Congress, and any other department of US Government to effect the protection of the people, resources, environment and rule of law in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the birthplace of all Humanity.
