Clinton county NY cps n court system corrupted

Cps and court system in Clinton county NY are corrupted and took my girls on false accusations an no warrant or paperwork to take my first daughter nor my second daughter. I'd like something done with the cps /foster care system and the family court system. I want my babies back please ?
