Unfair Practices
My petition is for Child Support Reformation. Obviously the laws that are in place now are out of touch with the true reality of our society. Dead Beat dads aren't born, they are created through unreasonable laws and sometimes selfish reasoning by both parties(the man or woman).We as women bare the most responsibility, because a man can't go no further than we let him (not including rape victims) and yet the man is the one who has to pay out sometimes ridiculous amounts of money.They are thrown in jail which goes on their record, they lose their driving privileges, lose passports, and on top of that, they can't even get credit for it on their taxes. These men are being persecuted by unfair laws that ruin lives. They lose whatever job they had while in jail, no one wants to hire them when they get out, they get further in arrears, and when they lose their license, they can't go find a job nor get back and forth to one.
Now to mention another thing going on in todays world, women are having babies by men all the time knowing they love women. Gay's and lesbians are now claiming that they know at an early age their sexual preferences. Men are being caught up in a trap set by these women. They get the baby, the child support, and then they lay up with their women. How fair is that? No woman should be allowed to get any child support from a man if their desire is for another woman. Let them go to a sperm bank.
Wake up Legislators!!!The signs of the times have changed. It is time to get to the root of the problem and stop putting a band aid on it.
