Child support reform for totally disabled veterans
Hello the cspia law needs to be reformed there is way too much child support going on especially for totally disabled veterans such as the PTSD veterans the psychiatric veterans that will never ever get to see their children but are still paying 65% of their income whether it be social security disability benefits whether it be VA benefits this is completely horrendous the amount of money is not equal to what is really should be and this needs reform this doesn't need to be done over a algorithm computer it needs to be hand selected I'll understanding that some veterans that are disabled due to active duty war time will never be able to see their children let alone why should they be forced to pay 100% because if they weren't in that position of disability they would actually be able to pay less amount of child support due to the fact that they would be able to have their children have time or partial time or vacation time so this is very wrong and needs reform I please ask you to take this to the courts
