Child Support Laws and fraudulently mother’s are abusing and ruining good men and fathers
There are women out there filing for child support while the fathers of the child are still living in the home and such men aren’t aware a claim has been filed until their having our wages garnished and drivers licenses suspended. I’m a plumber and need my drivers license. How am I suppose to make money to pay these so called arrears? They say I owe over 70k in arrears and how is that when I’ve lived with my son and his mother since she started a fraudulent case the year he was born behind my back in 2007 and I moved out in 2014 .
