Child support injustice/ unfair

Hallo to who ever this concerns:
I just got my work permit like 2 years ago, so I can be able to work lawfully and my daughter's mom put me on child support when I couldn't work because I didn't had my work permit, I've fallen so far behind in child support that I'm afraid of what could happen to me, now that I got my work permit im working they taking money every week from my check but I'm still unable to het my license because of arrears that I owe, its hard not being able to drive because of oweing child support, people get more behind on child support because they don't have a way to get to work, that its unfair, its putting people up to failure, when people can't get to work they can't make money and can't pay they child support, they loose they cars, houses, get behind in many things, not only cod support, but also rent, bills, mortgages. I think it should be enforce on people that don't try to pay at all but help the ones that are trying to better they lifes.
