Child support from criminals
Inmates who get by with not paying child support because they are allowed to. Every prison has a work release program... inmates who owe child support should automatically be flagged upon entering and leaving prison as a child support order. The work release program needs to be mandatory for all who owe child support.
Upon their release from prison these inmates need to be part of a program where they are already set with a job such as picking up trash for 10/ hr. In order to insure child support payments continue.
Many inmates will not tell their childrenā€™s full time parent where they are at, just so they can continue to avoid paying child support.
These inmates need better monitoring, the full time parent can not always keep track of the dead beat parents when they already have 4 full time jobs already. With their children, work, school and house cleaning.
Make a change for the better.... and give these full time parents a break.
