Child protective services
I am writing this to express my concern with the way child protective services is handling cases unlawfully in my county inlive in the county of fresno in the state of California and I feel from my own personal experience that my rights have been violated to the most high not only mine but my children's rights as well my children deserve to have a family and deserve to have their mother in their lives .I can not live my life without them so my issue is cps being overlooked and these children being kidnapped from their families and not given fair services or having a chance of being able to have their family back again. Cps is not helping birth parents nor following guidelines placing children with relatives but are screening them out using different criteria with foster families, or falsifying documents to entrap parents and not keeping the children in the home with parents but removing the children without due process or any true purpose other then to incriminate parents/family members and to insure family is unfit love. My children and I want my voice heard for not just myself ,but for others who are is great despair and grief over having lost their children .I will not be able to live my life and just forget about my babies I will not stop fighting for them I need legal assistance so this whole tragedy can come to an end.
