Changing The Laws on Sex Trafficking of Our Children
Our nation is facing growing sex trade operations that continually expand because the laws are too lenient and are not mandatory. Our children and young women are being brutally tortured and forced into the horrors of prostitution and slave labor because the pimps and johns only receive slaps on the wrist while our young people are living years of torture and humiliation at the hands of these monsters who need to be held accountable for their lust for money on the backs of these child slaves. The federal government as well as each state allows these criminals to continue to do business without any real penalties and often they just walk. We are petitioning our elected officials to stand up for our children and make those who are responsible for these atrocities to be held accountable and face a stiff mandatory prison time as well as to be made to pay ALL reparations to the victims that will allow them to be able to heal from the mental and physical damage that has been done to them and which can take years to heal. This illegal trade system makes billions of dollars every year through torture and starvation, beating and even murder. Our nation is the number 1 consumer of slavery in the world not only sex but labor and even organ harvesting. By signing this petition you are not only standing up for the future of our country but the very future of our most vulnerable people of all, our children.
I am requesting that our lawmakers in the federal and state governments make this crime as serious as first degree murder since these children and young women will spend the rest of their lives reliving the horrors over and over again. I request that the first offense carry a mandatory sentence of ten years in prison and fines that will make the victims whole again with no monetary limits and second offense a mandatory life sentence. If we are going to stop the torture and abuse of our children we need to send those monsters a clear message that we are serious. I also am requesting that in the case of familial abuse by any person, the 1st offense carry a prison sentence of a mandatory five years and fines that will make whole the victim with NO monetary limits.
