Change Military Child Support Laws

Military members paying child support are often struggling to get by. Child support is calculated on gross income which includes Housing Allowance or Overseas Housing Allowance/Basic Allowance for Subsistence (Entitlements that help the military member with living due to lost cost of pay) Yet these are calculated into child support which greatly increases the military members cost of living. Many military members struggle creating issues with security clearances and depression due to not being able to cover there bills in order to live. An example such as a military member getting stationed in Bahrain where the Housing Allowance is higher but the cost of living is also higher. That military member would now be required to pay even more money in child support since his Allowance went up causing even more financial hardship on him/her. Please remove these entitlements from being allowed to be included in child support payments.
