Change the federal age limit to 18
As an 18 year old legal adult, I speak for my generation that is slowly being deprived of our leisure by having the age limits raised to 21 when human brains are not even fully developed until usually mid to late 20s. If we are labeled as legal adults, we should be able to have rights and the responsibilities along with it on our behalf. Individuals 18 and over should have the fair right to buy products including tobacco products, lottery tickets, marijuana and etc. If we are required to handle duties as adults then we should be able to have the right as so called “ legal adults” to have leisure as we please without these rather irrational regulations being enacted.
