Cease and Disist Weather Modification
We must cease and disist weather modification that uses AgI and other chemicals similar to it used in cloud seeding , that causes excessive rain and snow. The use of these chemicals are causing irrepressible harm to the environment, agriculture, ranches, and to insurance companies thru out the country as a whole.
While yes for the short term western states are getting more snow pack and rain, everywhere east of the continental divide is suffering, we are losing farm ranch land in Kansas, Nebraska, all across the midwest.
The results of weather modification are artificially creating higher temperatures all across the country causeing deaths, extreme weather, tornadoes, flooding.
Cloud seeding is misleading; it does not create more moisture it depletes it by 15 percent every time it is used. If a storm crosses 5 states and all 5 use cloud seeding that is 75 percent less clouds by that time.
Clouds that are formed in low pressure zones (cool zone) reflect the sun back to space and the low pressure zone holds the arctic jet stream further south; thus effectively giving the country more rain and cooler temperatures.
When we deplete the low pressure zone the jet stream moves north as the high pressure zone moves north bringing hot temperatures, southern warmer wind, clouds that do not reflect the radiation of the sun back to space causing higher temps further north.
I recommend Canada haults their operations on cloud seeding also to help save our arctic and slow down the melting of glaciers.
