Call to Eliminate The "WEP/GPO" Legislation; WEP/GPO Mission 2019
On behalf of a set/group of individuals/i.e., American Citizens/Civil Servants/Federal Workers - Retired and/or Retiring - which this "Call" concerns - I am calling upon all Members of Congress (Senators, Representatives, in-kind & alike, thus wise working as one consolidated "merciful" team) - and our "Most Honorable U. S. President (Mr. Donald J. Trump) to embark upon immediate tasks involving the appropriate steps to pass legislation - within which language- shall overthrows & eliminates the "WEP/GPO" Act. The following "Reasons & Impacts" dictate this over-due immediate attention & high-priority action in Washington, D.C.:
REASON IMPACT
"Unjust" Un-due Punishment for Hard-Work. Crushes Dreams
(Earned Two Retirements. Investment Stolen.
"Unfair" Legal Theft/Robbery To Decrease One's Entitlement
& Rewards The Un-deserving With it - Ignoring The
Owner. A Civil Rights Violation Under The Preamble to
The Constitution. Very Disappointing & Sad.
"Economic/Spiral Effect" Loss of Earned-Retirement Income/Causes Shortages
in Household - Leading to Loss of Homes/Foreclosures.
Bankruptcies/Bad Credit. Reduces Lower Middle-Class
Retirees to Same Level as Those Who Never Worked.
Etc., Etc....Definitely a Wind-fall....A Wind-fall Upon the Victims, Such as Myself!
This Act has penalized us for having worked full-time with an anticipation of a much brighter future than what we have.
There is only a set number of us in a group which this WEP/GPO affects. We need to be restored and give which is justifiable ours...our investment in our retirement. It would be very unfair to go into other citizens retirement plans and take their funds and re-allocate the allowances for the differences in their loss to take care of others against our will. When we worked, we did our part. It's time to put this issue to rest, "PUT AMERICA TO WORK AGAIN" earning their own retirement allowances! Just as the President Promised!
