Congress we ask that you please reconsider inmates in california currently serving a sentences with life to receive their conjugal visits. We believe by giving the opportunity to bond and unite with family and specially children can make a big difference in their lives as well as for the children. There is statistics stating once this privelge was taken from all "lifer's" the crime rate, assaults, homicides and SUICIDE have raised higher in California then national average.
Inmates feeling no hope and nothing to look forward to can use this privilege to such a positive outcome. Giving them back their family visits can give them hope and motivation to keep a good conduct so then can be able to have a hug and family dinner time with their children. The statistics of crime will decrease and you will make a difference for all this families.
