Broome County Child Protective Services needs to be investigated!
Broome county CPS doesnt follow their own rules, no actually representation provided and the judge sides with CPS in EVEY CASE!
CPS was developing a safety plan for my children and the grandparents came to take the kids for the safety plan and cps changed their mind said they cant have the kids because they live in pa. The kids were residents of Broome County NY. And placed them in foster care with out a court order. The violated my righta by coming in my home without permission, they also violating mine and my daughters rights by asking her questions in school without my knowledge or parental permission. They hid it from me. They also told the grandparents they could have the kids and told them that they have to become foster parents. The judge left it up to cps to dp the order. My kids have been gone for 2 months. And they arent doing what it says they are suppose to do on their official website rules and regulations. They are tramatizing my children and they are suppose to be doing whats in the best interest of the child. They are only doing whats in the best interest of themselves. They arent taken anything into consideration that these girls of mine need to be with family and not in a foster care. Please help support my petition because so many other families are being torn apart for no reason.. i believe in cps for children that truly need help from abuse and neglect, i always protected and made sure my children were healthy and growing well and everything. I am a wonderful mother and love my children to the end of the world and back and they are ruining my family for their own needs. Please help me and my girls and all the other families out there being taken advantage of. President Obama, i believe in you and i know i am one of millions but i believe you can make a difference in many families lives. Please help us and investigate what these people are doing they are child PROTECTIVE services. not Family separators. Thank you so much for reading rhis.
