stop cps from harming innocent kids
Please help me all I want is my kids to be safe. I am going to court for the past 4 years for custody/guardianship for my twins. I cannot provide a safe home for them at this moment and I didnt complete my severe plan, on the other hand their dad completed his service plans so the dad won the custody and took them. He didnt take them cause he wanted to he did it to hurt me.how i know that is because he said to me its your fault why they are with me. There was a time when my twins had a 102 fever and my mom had them then, so my mom called both of us to come and help her , his response was i dont wanna come i dont want to get sick from them. Oh my god i was so dissapointed that he said that. But as for me i came as soon as she asked. When he had them he bathes themnin cold water and the sleep on a hard cement floor. On the what suppose to be the final hearing my daughter asked me to take her to the bathroom so i took her. She was diffrent then usual. We went into the bathroom and she closed the bathroom door but she had never ever do that because we are in a public bathroom and she needs me in there with her or outside with the doornopen. So i waited till she came out and asked her whats wrong " she said daddy did it to me when i was sleeping." I had just felt the worst pain I ever felt and looked at her and hugged her abd just ran outside and told my mom. U know what cps response was u are not suppose to let me take my daughter to the bathroom I was suppose to be supervised. And that I was making that up. After what just happened they let their father walked out the court room with them while they were screaming no I don't wanna go with daddy.cps is suppose to keep the father away from them cause they are in danger. So cps put my twins in foster care for the weekend and gave them back to their father. Cps calls me a liar and don't listen or believe me because I didn't complete my service plan. So since the father did his service plans they listen and is on his side. And them knowing his past history with molesting his 12 yr old step daughter 10 years ago.as long as my daughter don't have breast he is no danger to them.after all of that he still got them once again. And this time he went somewhere and asked my mom to watch them for 3 months so of course she agreed. While she had them they go n see a therapist which they had told there therapist a mother's nightmare. And what does cps do again take them from my mom where they are safe and put them in foster care .we came to find out they were molested by there father. Cps came swooping in took them from my mom and put them in foster care. Right now they need someone they know to help them through what there going through not strangers. Please help me they are only 5 years old.help me get curropted cps workers out and put people who care in the system.
