The DOS and USCIS needs to understand that there job is to look out for the best interest of these children. If they spent a week at an orphanage, or maybe just visit one, they might understand. I am appalled that once again our government has ignored the needs of children. There is absolutely no reason why these adoptions cannot be completed and these families united.
