Bring Back Federal Parole
Non-Violent Criminals and First time Offenders should be granted parole
The United States Congress instituted the 500 hour drug treatment system for those who are in federal prison with a drug problem. This allows them release after nine months to a half way house. Bring back the Federal Parole system for the non-violent criminals and first time offenders.. We need to be fair in dealing with prisoners. If there is a program for drug users there needs to be a parole for the others.
