Be fair
My name is Susan Scott and I cannot have a license because CPS kept my children for me even after I passed all the tests and took all the classes that they wanted me to take and graduated them all but now I have to pay child support while my child is with a guardian and I cannot have a license it's not going to be beneficial to me ever to have to continue to pay the child support to the fullest because I can't even pay my reinstatement fee
