BAN LEGAL KIDNAPPING, STOP ILLEGAL USE OF EX PARTE'S

It seems we have an ongoing problem in the united States and it doesn't just affect my state, Georgia. On January 3,2023 my ex decided to go behind my back to obtain an illegal ex parte. Our kids are now 13 and 7. The chief superior judge at the time, Donald Gillis signed an ex parte order in which gave my ex Jonathan m Green primary custody of both of our children. My ex knowing his daddy would buy him a house jumped at the idea. Jonathan is a long time heroin and meth addict and had just got out of his 1 of his numerous rehabs less than a year prior, Jonathan is a very aggressive person with a super hot temper! Jonathan and i were together almost 10 years and the abuse I dealt with in those years was tremendous! any where from holding me down and breaking my fingers in front of our daughter to many hit and runs injuring people in other cars and leaving the scene. 7 dui's but yet none of these ever show up on his record! He has beat on my middle son and has numerous Domestic violence charges on him (in Georgia the law states that if you have domestic violence charges you CAN NOT have unsupervised visitations let alone custody) As I type Jonathan is at the same court house,in another Superior court room with charges of coming to my home and pulling a 380 on me while each kid was on each side of me! along with my middle son here as well. my middle son videowed him kicking my door in. By the time the Dublin Police Department got here he was already gone (i live maybe 2 miles from the police station) they of course didn't catch him this time. Later that day he came back with the same mess and Dublin Police Department only caught him because he happened to run out of gas. When they got him he had 5 guns (4 of which they gave right back to him) They charged him with the 5 guns, methamphetamines,kalonopin, marijuana, simple battery and criminal destruction to private property. I have 2 police reports on this right now that would be a minimum of 8 felonies. I got a copy of the police report the other day and they pretty much dropped EVERYTHING and what they didn't drop went to misdemeanors! a 380 misdemeanor, Methamphetamine a misdemeanor, simple battery a misdemeanor and everything else was dropped and the they turned around and gave him temporary custody of my 2 children that I have raised since birth. I had visitation rights until he decided that was't good enough! He went back before the judge on january7 and made it where i had to go to CASA to see my kids. I had to pay 40$ for just a 1 hour visit a week and can only talk to my children on the phone on tues,thurs,sat & sundays that's it. I have to submit to a hair follicle test that I am required to pay for myself!!! WHERE IS THE JUSTICE IN ANY OF THIS???? 1st court date jan.25, I had a lawyer but being my ex went in and talked to him, he could no longer represent me 2 court date was pushed off by his lawyer until march 15 (when we left the court that day it was set for feb.15)The judge in this case has allowed Jonathan's lawyer to run the court room, from the very start. On March 15, I called prior because The Dublin Police Department did an illegal search and seizure on my house and I went to jail for 2 days I'm not saying the entire Dublin City police dept is corrupt by far! i'm just saying that LT. Josh Beasley has started a full on war against me with his little sidekicks corporal Tapley, making nasty comments to me in front of my minor children that were 12 and 7 at the time " where's the METHAMPHETAMINE pipe". He was steady cracking jokes about me due to the fact DPD cop Keith Gillis and Katie Ascarte' were the one's that committed the illegal search and seizure, false imprisonment, unlawful entry, this all resulted in me coming in contact with scabies. All this nonsense that the Dublin Police Department did has had major set backs to my life 1. I have been very sick due to the scabies for 7 months and I have spent at least 500$ on lotions,creams and etc. also going to the doctor 600$ but most importantly I haven't been able to get out like I normally would and obtain a lawyer to end all of this nonsense! I have been unable to visit with my children due to the fact I didn't want them to contract this very nasty bug ,It has kept me from working and has put me in the hole very badly! This issue does not only affect me but it affects any and every single parent out there with small children! If you don't have family backing you, you are definitely a target! It's time to take a stand against ALL of the monsters including DFACS Tina s. Barr, CPS or whatever it is in your state! Our children are not up for the taking just because your daddy has money and pays the D.A. off or Just because a DFACS worker just as, TINA S.BARRS did to my children ya know just another want another little incentive right before you retire and never once did I see you in the courtroom! WE THE PEOPLE need to come together on theses issues. I don't care about your color sex,religion or creed! This is not a COLOR problem This is a CORRUPT SYSTEM problem!Just as I watched Georgia's governor Brian Kemp state that he is putting a stop to this nonsense with the charges being paid off or just pushed to the side! It does affect EVERYONE! Why should a very spoiled and entitled white boy that never ever in his life suffered a consequence for any crime he has commited not have to serve the exact same sentence as the next person? He is by far no better than the next person. In the last 12 years, I have watched him get off scott free almost every single time! This last case where he pulled a gun on me in front of our kids, I watched as they allowed him to go into a drug rehab and sale a guy a lethal dose of heroin, he had his phone and truck the entire time and he went as he pleased. He would leave the rehab and stay in motel rooms getting high for weeks/ months at the time! WHEN IS ENOUGH,ENOUGH! Now he walks around here telling people he is cured from addiction lol okay! That in itself tells me nothing in him has changedand when NOTHING CHANGES,NOTHING CHANGES!!
