Ban genetically engineered organisms (GMO's) in the United States of America
I am calling on the President and congress to pass a law to ban genetically engineered organisms in the United States. Genetically engineered crops such as genetically engineered corn, soy, cotton, canola, sugar beets, and alfalfa are currently being grown in the U.S. and have been designed to be sprayed with herbicides like roundup and not die or to produce insecticides that kill bugs that eat the plants. These genetically engineered crops are used to make foods that we eat and are fed to livestock animals in the U.S. This is a serious problem in our country and we have to get rid of this garbage now or else people's health will keep getting worse. Ban genetically engineered organisms now.
