Ban Firecrackers And Fireworks In And Near Residential Areas

I would like you to support banning firecrackers and fireworks near residential areas. Some people have to get up early in the morning to get to work and some people just like having a peaceful night at home. Another reason is, so people won't risk getting injured by firecrackers or fireworks. Thank you!
