AUDIT SHASTA COUNTY, CA SUPERIOR COURTS AND ADMINISTRATIONS
The amount of fraudulent activity and unconstitutional orders that take place here is astounding.
Today I'm asking congress to Audit the - SHASTA COUNTY, CA SUPERIOR COURT - located at 1500 court street Redding, Ca 96001.
At the beggining of my case I did not have any knowledge or evidence that commissioner Daryl Kennedy ever entered a copy of his certified Oath of Affirmation into the casefile. He habitually exceeded the bounds of due process, example; Commissioner Kennedy imposed DV and child custody/support orders on me before he had any kind of evidence that I'm a harm to myself, others, or my child, and/or unfit to have my daughter 50% of the time. The mother has many police and CPS reports on her from multiple citizens as well as having an elderly abuse R/O on her at the time we were in court. The mediator looked me dead in the eyes and told me "the constitution means nothing to her", and, " She doesn't care what the constitution or US Supreme court says about my secured liberty's and interests and my ability to exercise them freely". Com. Kennedy also entered a fraudulent income for me after I had dropped off my income and expense form with child support office as well as verbally informed him of what my income was. I refuse to be a party to such blatant acts of misconduct and honorably refuse to pay a fraudulent order.
Please accept my request to support this petition and save the last line of defense the citizens have, the court system. We cannot continue to let the courts take the path of most interference when their duty is to resolve cases with the least amount of interference as well as have facts to support orders made and not assumption based orders in violation of his oath of office.
