Asking Congress to Define High Crimes and Misdemeanors for Impeachable Purposes
We The People are asking Congress to pass laws by declaring what constitutes ?high crimes and misdemeanors" which would, in effect, be a list of impeachable offenses so that it is clear to The People and Congress as to the determination of the extent of (if any) crimes that may or may not have been committed.
In the event that a President is impeached, We The People would request that the impeachment is final with NO RIGHT TO APPEAL.
